Student Health Center Update
The Student Health Center (SHC) is committed to providing as many services as possible to Truman students both on and off campus during the pandemic situation. We are abiding by the CDC guidelines that preserve staff, personal protective equipment and supplies; ensure staff and patient safety; and expand capacity during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Student Health Center is operating currently with morning hours for wellness and non-COVID conditions. These include physicals, well-woman exams, injury evaluation and management, urinary tract issues, STI testing, allergy immunotherapy, etc. Afternoon hours are reserved as Zoom appointments for individuals with symptoms that are potentially COVID-related. COVID testing is managed from a tent located outside the Health Center.
Any individual who is fearful they may have contracted COVID-19 should immediately contact the SHC or your local provider for directions regarding testing and/or care.
